Poor service

I made I claim and they said I should pay a fee of R566 and I did pay the amount then I received the cellphone but then I wrongly paid them another R460 buy mistake trying to pay my cell phone contract, since then it's been 2 months now trying to talk to them to reverse that money back and they haven't and they are not even giving me any feedback instead I'm there one who's been contacting them and the are telling me that they are waiting for the feedback from the relevant department and it's ****in me off
