poor service

worse service ever I have never waited so long and the poor service I paid for my claim on 4feb I got no response the 5th I called to find out they told me they waiting on a collection address y do I have to complete it on the form if they asking me again.....the 5th again I call whats happening they still waiting on a address I gave it again over the phone cause I was ****ed off I call again they lady again told me shes waiting on a collection address eventually they got it after few days ...the 6th feb the courier guy pitches looking for me they were sent to collect my mobile I didn't get any notification or call to say my phone will be collected I didn't do backup nothing..........its the 18th today no1 is getting back to me Im seding emails I m calling no1is returning my calls
