Poor mtn insurance service

You took my phone for a screen repair. It took you over 2 weeks that you cannot repair the phone, you will give me a new phone. My phone was white in colour therefore I want the same colour, it matches other devices that i have. I have been asking your consultants to give me supplier details so I can ascertain that I get the correct colour. Otherwise I will not let the couriers in without knowing the colour beforehand. Be notified that this has not only dented you reputation as an insurer but that of MTN as well. I am going cancel my insurance and MTN contracts that I have. Over and above this I have asked one of your consultants Mathapelo for status of the repairs for the last 3 weeks and she kept on giving me same answer every time I have asked which that made me feel like very stupid. I don't think this consultant deserves/like working with people
