PATHETIC SERVICE!!! MTNs name is dragged down the drain !

Pathetic, even to their own MTN staff. the Manager Boitumelo promises on feedback before COB but doesnt deliver! You have to call after forwarding documents just for them to be put in process. I have never come across such an *********** company! MTN should look for another efficient Mobile Insurance Services Provider as this is just making the MTN name look terrible and pathetic! Never AGAIN!!!!
