Pathetic Service Delivery

This company need to be out of business and the Insurance Ombudsman need to take a closer look at their business practices and ethics. They are really pathetic when it comes to service delivery. I have been waiting for an entire month for my phone to be repaired !!!! It is email after email and yet I am still stuck with a broken device. We as the consumer have to pay on time but yet the service delivery is non existent !!!! You must kept accountable according to the SLA(service level agreement) you have with MTN !!! REPAIR MY PHONE !!!!
