Pathetic service

Its been almost a month my mobile is in go reviews . They do not send you correspondence , they ignore emails and you constantly got to call them do an update. They don't update their system to track the progress online. And when you call the agents give you false information. On Wednesday i was told by the agent that my mobile is despatched do delivery , today Friday the 28th April I am told that my Mobile is still in repairs . On Tuesday the 25the i was advised the phone repairs and completed and that delivery would be the next day if soft ware upgrades were successful. Mtn is quick to debit your account but provides pathetic service .
