Pathetic service

I wish I could rate this insurance below 0! My MTN contracts were insured with them and they are such a disappointment! I called in to Admyntec to cancel my policy last month as instructed by MTN because my contracts had expired. Some lady helped me, told me that she had cancelled my policy and I found out today she had done NO SUCH THING! I must be billed because some person there didn't feel like doing their job.
