Pathetic: Replacement of lost phone taking MONTHS

Over 3 months and my claim is still not finalised. All paperwork OK was per them since the start. Inept agents, no one knows what the previous one did. Cant call them, links they send via email dont work, automated responses. Shocking, shocking, shocking. MTN: pathetic that you choose Admyntec as a service provider. Vodacom is 10000 times better
