Paid R3540 insurance debit orders so far, now they claim the policy was cancelled a year ago

We have got Two mobile phones insured with MTN insurance, Guardrisk, which we have been paying for more than a Year, and is still paying for it. (so far its R3450 we paid on their monthly Debit order) We have not missed a single payment. Now MTN insurance keeps saying the policy was cancelled a year ago by error on their side, and they will fix the problem. Everyday they say that they will assist me the next day, and then the same story all over again the next day. Its been a week now, still they say the next day.. They admit the fault is on their side.. This company to takes our money each month, for a Policy that (according to them) has been cancelled a year ago. They can not tell us who cancelled the policy or why it is cancelled, they have no proof that the customer was ever informed of the policy being cancelled. We will not let this issue go. They can also not tell us where the money that they take every month goes to.
