Nonexistent Customer Service - disappointed in MTN and Admyntec

This company is extremely ineffective when it comes to customer service. I am very disappointed in MTN and any company that is affiliated with Admyntec. You do not have user friendly lines, staff takes forever to return calls/ WhatsApps, and you have proved to me that customer service and claim turnaround time is not a priority of yours.

I will be cancelling my MTN contract once it expires due to this matter, and I would advise others to think twice before paying their expensive premius as you do not get any service whatsoever.
