No Response to my claim

I have logged a claim for a loss of device on the 7th of October 2023. I have submitted all required documents however till date I have not received feedback regarding my claim. I have sent numerous emails requesting feedback only to have auto mail reply. I am very upset as not having a device has been an inconvenience to my life. These insurance companies are quick to take your money but not helpful when you claim.
