NO FEEDBACK OR TURN AROUND TIME

Poor Poor Poor, service from Admyntec,

I have submitted a claim on the 19-11-2019 to date nobody has called me back.

I have been calling them almost every since the 19th, All they can say is that the claim is with the underwriters and that they will escalate. I have Dealt with Pinnacle Marketing previously and honestly it was a breeze. They really valued their clients, its a shame and pity that i can no longer deal with them.

This is definitely the last time i will use MTN or its Insurance provider especially since i have been a customer for the past 18 years.
