Worst insurer ever!! Lodged a claim 2 months ago, still haven’t received my phone. They only send communication to bolster your claim, not helpful. Filled in the incorrect details with the underwriters and I had to follow up and make sure the correct info was sent just to get my claim approved. I’ve paid access and they are sitting on their ****s not ordering my phone because they claim my emails were not received in their end. No one follows up to say they are waiting on me. It’s been excruciating and would never suggest Admyntec to anyone. Absolutely horrible service!!
