MTN'S biggest mistake

Terrible service , expect to wait at atleast a month for your claim to be processed if you are lucky . seeing what I was up against with this company on hellopeter I decided to go and let my screen be replaced. After a month they came back to me saying my claim was approved but now they do not want to refund me.
