MTN phone insurance

If you ever thought about getting insurance with them, DONT. I have an all risk cover on my phone, which I diligently pay month, in Jan my phone was broken and I tried claiming it, I didn't receive any responses. Eventually, in July I got ****** and my phone amongst other things was stole. It's been 3 months later, I still don't have a phone. 8imitially they said I need to pay my excess which is 5% of the value of my device. When it was time to deliver they said, wrong claim approved , they thought they were approving the broken phone claim. After fighting with them to rectify this, they come back saying I need to pay ANOTHER excess which is DOUBLE what I previously paid.
