MTN INSURANCE WAITING FOR APPROVAL FROM UNDERWRITTERS

My device was ****** on the 4th of December I went through all necessary channels to get my claim approved. on the 11th I was told that there is no stock on my device and I was offered another device which I gladly accepted. The issue here is that I have been since waiting for them to approve the purchase and nothing has been done, I have been calling in to check everyday to be told it hasn't been approved yet and it will be escalated. I cannot go another week without a device. It has already been 2 weeks!!! Kindly assist.
