MTN insurance very unprofessional

MTN's level of customer service is very disturbing for such a big corporation, not only is their branch staff rude, so is their insurance department which doesn't resolve claims promptly. when you submit a claim, they don't give you Feeback, they send random emails requesting answers and documentation which you will provide but still no feedback as what is happening with your claim. I called the call Centre only for the consultant to hangup on me and not call me back. this is so unprofessional and frustrating because i submitted this in the beginning of April.
