MTN insurance is frustrating,never try it!!!

I am so disappointed,all along I thought it was legit but I've learnt in a hard way.To think I trusted the company is a joke. Pathetic Service!!! Yoh! Such a tedious exercise to claim for a mere cellphone. I don't understand how more than 1 person handles the claim and the process is repetitive, you answer the same question umpteenth times to different people and yet nothing seems to be happening. It's really sad that I pay premiums every month only for MTN insurance to do this to me. I'm so frustrated.

I think they do everything in their power to frustrate their clients.
