MTN cellphone insurance **** by Admyntec services

Worst service ever, the turnaround to finalise cellphone claims is about 14 days. My cellphone was rejected and the reason they indicated is that I last used my number with the cellphone I'm claiming in August 2020. I disputed such and provided them with the statement from MTN that proves that my cellphone was last used with the insured cellphone on 07 February 2021 and got lost the following morning. To date after doing their work since they should have obtained the correct information from MTN themselves, I am still without a cell phone and their still making debit orders in my bank account.
