MOST UNPROFESSIONAL,& UNRELIABLE CLAIMS COMPANY

I just spoke to one of the consultants yesterday and was told that they needed a copy of my Id document,which I have proof sending but they are requesting one in order to go on with "processing the claim"

I am so sick of this back and fourth with this company first I have to send a copy of my contract,but they do not notify me at all, now it's my Id documents as well.

What makes this company more of a joke is that I've been dealing with my claim over email for weeks, but nobody has told me they need the Id document.

I'm starting to think this is what they do to all there customers "claim they didn't give the documents" to get them some more time to "process the claim" but initially they received all the documents they needed.

SO ****ED OFF AND FRUSTRATED BY ADMYNTEC AS WELL AS MTN THAT JUST KEEPS SAYING "THEY CANT DO ANYTHING" WHEN GOING INTO ONE OF THERE STORES TO ENQUIRE
