I logged my querry January 2025. 3 months before this messgae. No feedback untill they requested payment for access which i paid. A month later stil, no updates given , no feedback, no phone calls, instead i have spent the greater part of my mornings and afternoon trying to get hold of the helpdesk. Bare in mind the phone i'm querrying is a work phone. This is ridiculous! To date 25/04/2025 i still don't have a phone.
