iPhone 8 Insurance Cancellation Request

I was at the MTN East Rand Mall Branch to Query about this "MSA RTL Insurance Top Level Product" Cellphones Insurance - Service ***, Amount R230.39. They thad a look on the system and said it was for an iPhone 8 back in 2018. They logged an request to cancell it. I keep on calling but I do not get any luck, all I get told is tehy do not pick it up, but why is it still active on my bill every month. Insured Number ***. If this is not fixed I will even go to the news Papers if I have to.
