Insure with Mtn Admyntec Services at your own risk

I am an mtn contract customer and my phone is also insured by Admyntec services through mtn, I am writing with dissatisfaction and unimpressed with the way they are handling of my insurance claim that was submitted 2 weeks ago. Despite my consistent premium payments for almost two years without a claim in these years, I'm given challenges in processing my claim. It's been almost 3 weeks since I lodged the claim, I was first told to submit an invoice to show I pay, which I think they can see on their system because the premiums go hand in hand with my contact, meaning they can see that I've never missed a payment, then few days later they said I missed a digit for the IMEI number, I should send the picture, mind you I'm the one always making contact, calling them everyday, today they said I should confirm the GB of the phone, if i hadn't called, how was I going to know, on top of that I sent am image of the box of the phone, but still they wanted confirmation, how when I've provided the box that has all the information, meaning my clams only got lodged today since I've submitted everything through MTN two weeks ago. This delay has also left me without a functioning phone, I can't access my work emails on my phone since it's an iCloud account, my work is on hold but I pay every month without a fail. I felt compelled to buy a phone but an android so I still can't access my work emails, this is the worst experience I've ever had with a company, even their stuff is rude when you tell them about your frustration telling you it's the process I have to wait and call in 7 days, so how will I pay the premiums and my contract if I don't work? I have called Admyntec Services everyday since Monday, everyday is a different story, the extended waiting times interactions have only added to my frustration. I honestly didn't expect this treatment from a company that I've never given problems to, I kindly request a report for my claim and resolution of the issues causing these delays.
