INSURANCE CLAIM DELAY

I decided not to take a different insurer as I trusted MTN INSURANCE.

Now that I have claimed for my device that I have lost I am having such a delay in receiving assistance.

I was advised that I will receive feedback within 24 to 48 hours its been 4 days already. And when the debit date comes I dont have any issues paying I am not very happy with this delay I swear.
