Kindly be advised the duration for a claim is 7 - 14 working days, as per your claim is under assessment we awaiting for your underwriter to provide us with your claim feedback.

Today its 16 days and I am told my claim is still under review. I keep getting information about my claim in drips and drabs. This institution is not forthcoming about the claims process/steps.
