In authorised debit , delayed refund poor service

I so disappointed on the service ,MTN insurance, cancel my insurance already in December 2025 , I am still being debited till to date.

I have sent numerious email just to get a run around about my refund , I have sent everything even proof of invoices still no refund.

I am so livid about this no one bothers to give a proper feedback . I need this to be resolved and I WANT MY MONEY , this is my money I am not owing them a cent .
