Great service from Admyntec and MTN insurance!

I had a really good experience when claiming for a ****** phone. I was incredibly worried that it was going to be a long and tedious process after reading the reviews on HelloPeter but I can honestly say it was smooth sailing and that is thanks to Mpho that assisted me. I had to follow up once or twice after initially submitting all the documents but once the claim had been opened, it took 2 days to get approved. All in all, the process took about 10 business days.
