Going to the lawyers

Please tell me why does your insurance company with mtn not take responsibility for your people working for you. They sell devices to people with your insurance bit you don't even look if they do their job properly. Do you want to loose customers. Or do you want to keep customers. If my contract says I pay insurance on my iPhone then that is what I believe and what I pay. And now suddenly when I put a claim through you have a story that .y insurance is on my old phone which I don't even have because I upgraded. So how does a contract lie. On black and white my contract says i pay insurance on my i Phone. If something is wrong with the contract is that not your fault and your responsibility to put my claim throught because my contract says I pay insurance or are you only a company that takes money from your customers without service. I'm taking my contract to the lawyers because this is my proof that I paid my insurance on my I phone every month as stated on the contract. And now you don't want to put my claim through because of your people that did something wrong. No I'm sorry that does not work like that.
