Frustrated "SO-CALLED" client

I started my 2023 discovering a " **********" deduction of R121.00 on my MTN tax invoice since 2016 for an insurance premium of an iPhone 7 phone I never agreed upon.

I have been emailing the insurance company to provide me with proof (verification of all signed documents from 2016), a frustrating battle carrying on for over almost 2 month now. Money (amounting to thousands of rands) has been deducted from my bank account for years without my knowledge.

I am frustrated and want to be compensated but communicating with the insurance company is a complete waste. They send one the same requests over and over with zero solutions to solve the issue/complaint.

I am extremely frustrated. Heidi
