Excellent Service MTN INSURANCE

I would like to give thanks to MTN Insurance consultant Miss Thandeka Mkhwa**** under the leadership of Miss Boitumelo for excellent service beyond my expectations when i least expected, after calling the callcentre for 4 consecutive days with no assistance and to holding the line for over 1hour per call to my call being dropped just because i requested the intervention of a supervisor. Miss Mkhwa**** listened to my claim followed up with relevant people and department and assured me he will offer assistance where she could not understand she consulted to ensure best service.... I was angry and frustrated when i spoke to her but her calmness kept me cool.
