Don't insure your device with MTN

My phone my collected for repairs on 24 November repairs apparently completed on 01 December but until this very day my phone has not been delivered to me. I have been calling everyday since 2 December and each time it's a different story, and there has been this Vusi guy that always pretends as though he cannot here me in the phone and drops my calls. Today a manager was going to send me an email with the address for the courier for me to collect my phone myself but that has not happened not that surprised though. I have had to buy a new phone yet I will still be expected to pay for this phone that they have with them. Disgusting really
