Don't get MTN insurance

I have been waiting for a ****** phone replacement for 20 days, now, paid the excess on the 13th of June and still waiting for the phone.

Mtn saying it takes 48 hours to replace device is a lie, their service is terrible. get the phone use your own insurance company not the Mtn one, you will regret it. The insurance amount I have paid over my contact period this being my third contact upgrade is more than the value of the phone that's taking 3 weeks to replace and counting
