DO NOT TAKE OUT THIS INSURANCE.

The worst!! My phone went in a for a repair over a month ago for a minor screen crack and to date I am without a phone. Their agents don't even seem to know how to resolve queries because each agent will tell you a different story. I even called the underwriter which is Santam and they transferred me to the very same people that could not help me, Admyntec. MTN/SANTAM/ADYMNTEC I am so fed up. I regret taking out this insurance. My first ever claim since I have joined almost 2 years ago and this is the service I receive....Appaling, to say the least.
