DO NOT TAKE OUT Admyntec Services/ MTN Insurance

This is the worst insurance under the sun. My phone was ****** in April that is almost 2 months now, until date I am without a phone. Their agents don't even seem to know how to resolve queries, all I have been getting is that the query is with the assessor. I have been following up on them, its 2 months now and they clearly do not care, I am so fed up.
