I just got off the phone with Courier It and they have advised that, attempts to collect the device from you for delivery were not successful. Kindly advise on when I will get my device as this is taking longer than anticipated.

I had the whole day of waiting yesterday 9TH OF MARCH 2020 after being advised by yourselves that my case had been finalised and alas this not being the case after which even a tracking number for a waybill was issued. How could you have a flawed system, that gives out incorrect information to what is at hand - surely if a waybill is issued out meaning a device is there, right or its just to get a client off your back.

Could you please rightfully and truthfully advise as I am very displeased on the service I have received so far as soon as possible.
