I was recently ****** and I ensured my phone with MTN and Admyntec services. I lost my phone on the 1st of June and submitted all required documentation on the 3rd of June. They said they would communicate with me via email but I had to call them every now and again to get feedback. They said I should pay an access fee and I paid on the 13th of June. Today its the 27th and I'm still waiting for my phone. Every time I call I get a different excuse. No the order was not approved, not we are waiting for the supplier, sorry mam we are escalating it, we are escalating even further. On top of that I still need to wait 3-5 working days to get my phone. These people are just giving me a run around and I'm tired honestly. After I get my phone, I'm done. Never again.
