Device claim hell

My claim is pending now for 2 months because i cant provide a Contract Summary...i have called and emailed MTN who sent me a copy of my contract and expicitly advised that a contract summary and a copy of my signed contract are 1 and the same thing...the insurance still insists on a 'contract summary' what the hell is that and where am i supposed to get 1 if MTN cant provide 1???
