Delayed mtn insurance claim

I reported my phone ****** and lodged a claim for mtn insurance at MTN Clearwater with the hopes of making sure my claim is lodged correctly and the process runs smoothly. A week later of no communication from both mtn insurance and mtn. i contacted mtn insurance to follow up on my claim. Apparently, it was not lodged. The consultant claimed to have lodged it for me a whole week after waiting. I contacted mtn a few days later to follow up again and IT STILL WAS NOT LODGED. I was told that the consultant did not lodge the claim 'correctly' and I should wait another 24hrs. I CALLED 72HOURS later. and guess what? Still in process. it has been 3 weeks. I am without a phone and a number that I use for business and academic purposes. I am being made a fool of by both mtn and admyntec.
