Mtn and their insurance company are the biggest *****.

I submitted an insurance claim waited a month for the to decline it due to both my numbers not being insured...keeping in mind on the 24th December I called in and I was told both my numbers were insured hence why I went through with my claim when I called in again in the 23rd January a girl called NTOMBI again confirmed that both my numbers are insured... so I call again for the 2nd time in one day and then the guy tells me only one number was insured... you guys are ********....I got given admyntec contact details and not one reply....contacted guardrisk and phones go straight to voice mail.....so tell me how a registered company’s phones are all off??? ******

I then ask for my MTN insurance policy and not one person can give it to me??? Why??? Because you guys are a load of *****s taking money from us. If you ever think of signing with MTN I beg you not too... let’s all make sure these ****** lose so much business
