So, a month later and I am back here. This has to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. This company has been ‘fixing’ my phone for a month and when I request to speak to someone in a managerial position and holding for a while the call gets dropped. It’s as if we are guinea ***s to test out a process. Your service is honestly horrific and the call centre agents are worse! Get your act together.
