Cell Phone claim

Worst Insurer ever to exist. I had run after them as they were not deducting their premiums( Because MTN decided to change their insurer however the migration of accounts was not successfully completed). A year down the line, when I am claiming, I am told that my premiums were in fact incorrect(Less). Apart from having to pay an excess for my claim, I also had to pay the differences in my premiums for all the months short paid. I played my part and paid everything however I still have not received my device and it has been a month already. If you are shopping for an insurer, please stay away from this JOKE of an Insurance company.
