BAD service from Admyntec MTN insurance

MTN Insurance/Admyntec are clueless about their policies and in return rob customers with access amounts they can't explain. None of their stuff understand what the policy schedule entails and thus have been robbing customers for years. I've been querying my access amount for loss for 2 weeks straight and no one wants to assist to solve this. Management is always busy to engage customers and call center agents have a hard time understanding and interpreting simple policy documents. Mtn says they can't do anything because Admyntec is a third party service provider. This is frustrating
