bad service

I send a claim to admyntec services on the 08 December 2022 after my phone was ******. To this day i am not getting assistance, when i call they drop calls, emails goes an answered. The service is extremely bad and traumatic. I pay my insurance but now when i need a phone, no one is available or willing to assist.
