bad service and breach of contract

bad service , bad replies , no resolution , no reasoning , i paid for the repair of the handset and they came to collect , they sent me an sms saying it is repaired and there after an sms saying its on route to me but no success and now they want me to pay another R150 for a replacement... breach of contract guys.. when am i getting my replacement and i atleast gave you a 1 star ..please be grateful you have business and staff during this time ..
