MTN insurance do not prioritise their clients , my job requires me to take pictures and videos for marketing my product and is been 2 weeks now I do not have a replacement device after I lost my phone and claimed on them , everyday I call them they telling me stories and my work has stopped, guys I won’t recommend this insurance to anyone as they take their time to replace your advice, today I called they telling me to wait like 2 weeks to get the replacement phone and also bear in mind that since my insured phone is out of stock I’m required to pay extra 7600 This is really not fair
