Bad Service

I am extremely disappointed and outraged by the service i have been receiving from MTN Cellphone insurance (admyntec). I put a claim on the 3rd of April 2023 and i submitted all the required information and paid access for my claim. Today is the 13th of April and i still don't know as to when am going to get my new device
