Bad insurance company

I'm so so dissapointed in this insurance company. My phone were ****** two week ago. I did everything they ask me to do and send everything they asked me. They send me a message that my claim is in for review and then suddenly they don't have all the documents that I have send over and over for them. And now the claim is again at the underwritters for review which will take two weeks again. So dissapointed MTN that you got this insurance company. And with all the other reviews i can see nobody is impressed with them. How Long should someone be without a phone that was ****** and all the evidence were sent be without a phone. What is the reason for paying for insurance then with MTN. I feel like cancelling my insurance because why pay when at the end morning is happening? Dissapointed
