Appalling Service from MTN Insurance

MTN Insurance is by far the WORST insurance company i have ever dealt with! Its been more than 14 days and my claim is still nowhere near finalized. 4 years and i have been paying my installments promptly, now i submit a claim for the very first time and it takes them forever to finalise.

They don't know what good service delivery means!

Very unhappy and dissatisfied soon to be ex-customer!
