Appalling service

Good day- this is an insurance company offered by MTN for contract devices. There services are appalling from the time you put in a claim, picking up the device, repairing it and bringing it back. This can take up to 2 months or more. They stress that SIM cards must be left in the device when sending it for repairs, we adhered now the SIM card is gone and no one taking responsibility for it. A device was also sent in but not repaired and then stated it was not stated on the claim to which I resent claim form as is. It’s another 2 weeks now after receiving 2 devices back -that they “fixed” but still not working, they promised to collect still not done! Also, updating devices, never gets updated when you attempt to claim they have no record of the device. I have terminated this service now. And no one has even taken the time to ask why and what can be done to change my mind. Also no follow up on the 2 devices that’s still not fixed.
