Admyntec Worst administrators ever! MTN take our business somewhere else

I put in a claim in on the 2nd Dec 2019 and paid the access on the 6th. to date have heard from numerous consultants that the replacement phone have been ordered and ready for delivery within 7 working days. I have just learned from a different consultant that the phone have this minute been ordered. This company is the worse ever of all insurance companies. they are new underwriters to MTN but believe me, they have no client service etiquette.
